Everyone was great from our initial meeting with Ian, to all the builders and contractors they used. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. Their work was amazing and if there were any questions or concerns, even after the fact, they respond right away. For instance, even well over a year after their work has been completed - I had a question regarding something with Building Control and Ian not only got back to me right away but was over to help me meet with the gentleman and sort everything out.
The customer service and quality of work is top notch. Highly recommended!
