This meeting gives us the opportunity to:

After your consultation, we’ll provide a comprehensive quotation and schedule of works.

PLANNING & PREPARATION
If your project requires planning permission or building control approval, we’ll help manage that process - or work alongside your architect or designer to ensure compliance.
We’ll also agree final specifications, finishes, and start dates so everything is in place before construction begins.
CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Your dedicated project manager will oversee every aspect of your build, coordinating trades, timelines, and quality control.
We keep communication open at all times - with regular progress updates, site visits, and clear points of contact.
Our goal: a professional build with minimal disruption to your day-to-day life.
COMPLETION & HANDOVER
When your project is complete, we’ll carry out a final inspection with you to ensure every detail meets our high standards (and yours).
We only sign off once you’re 100% satisfied.
You’ll also receive any relevant certifications and documentation, along with advice on aftercare and maintenance.
