Initial Consultation Meeting
Initial Consultation
Once we receive your enquiry, the first step will be to arrange a no obligation consultation meeting.
The initial consultation normally takes place at the location of the prospective project build, and will enable us to view the plans and undertake an initial scope of the site, in relation to the property and street location.
Our aim will be to discuss the project in as much detail as possible and to understand your aspirations for the project and transformation of your home.
You may already have a design concept in mind, and we can venture together on how our building services could help bring those ideas to life.

Project Schedule
We want to ensure that your are satisfied and assured regarding the timescales to complete your project.
We'll provide you with a proposed Schedule of Works, which will also contain a detailed cost illustration. This will enable you to understand how we plan to progress your project and provides you with detailed times scales for achieving key milestones in the build.
On receiving your instructions, we will begin to implement the process, and commence works at the earliest possible opportunity in line with your requirements.
